In Prosperidad, a traveller can stay in any of the lodging facilities which are mostly located in Barangay Poblacion and the others are situated in Barangay Patin-ay. There is also the Nerian's Leisure Park, a resort with room accommodations that cannot be missed by anyone's sight which is located along the Daang Maharlika (National Highway) in Barangay Awa. The Hostel at Provincial Training Center and Ernielita's Inn in Barangay Patin-ay.

Butuan City is the Regional Center of Caraga which can be reached by air, land and sea. From Manila, domestic flights are available daily bound for Domestic Airport in Bancasi, Butuan City or by sea bound for Nasipit Port, Agusan del Norte, from there, one can take a bus or any commuter public utility vehicles going to Butuan City Bus Terminal and take another trip going to Prosperidad with a distance of approximately 76 kilometers which will take an hour and a half travel time.
